Another reason we only do criminal defense is that we think people deserve a second chance to make themselves useful to society. We all make mistakes. Heck, even very good people mistakes. If we can’t get a case thrown out, we do everything we can to get our clients a plea deal that works for them. Many of our clients have children or work to support their family, so if they end up in jail, the whole family suffers.

If it’s best for our clients to take a plea deal, we make sure it’s something that they can work with, which means fighting for the least amount of punishment.
