I was charged with felony DUI with Injuries. Nghi did everything he could to lower my chances of getting deported so he was very strategic in making sure that I was only in county jail and not state prison. Dismissed. We wrote a motion to suppress evidence due to police wrongdoing and the judge granted the motion. The evidence was suppressed so the DA's office dismissed the case.

Dismissed. We successfully petitioned for our client to complete a program in drug court instead of going to state prison. After he completed the program, the case was dismissed.
